Booking terms
- minimum stay: 3 nights, one night in case of a gap of one night in the occupancy calendar
- check in time: from 4 p.m. until open end
- check out time: until 12 a.m.
- the holiday home may not be suitable for babies, kids unter 5 years age and guests with limited mobility because of the very steep stairs
- pets are not allowed because of guests with allergies
- non smoking accommodation
- parking is difficult during the whole year
Prices are per night for 2 persons (= maximum occupancy).

Included in the price are:
- bedclothes
- 2 bath towels per person (a big and a small one), a bathroom carpet
- toilet tissue
- dishtowels

Not included in the price are:
- The cleaning fee of EUR 65
Hamburg charges a city tax, which amount depends on the price per night and person:

Extras:

10 capsules of Vivalto Lungo are free of charge. You can buy further capsules (10 capsules for EUR 5) (please pay the correct amount directly in the dedicated box).
Payment
- via credit cards
- 20% down payment immediately after booking, 80% residual payment 6 weeks before arrival
- 100% are to be paid immediately after booking in case your arrival is within the next 6 weeks
Cancellation
- up to 6 weeks before arrival: the down payment will be retained as a compensation
- within 6 weeks before arrival: 100% of the nights price will be retained (cleaning fee and tourism tax will be refunded)
I recommend to contract a travel cancellation insurance.
