The most important information at a glance

• Minimum stay: 3 nights, 1 night or 2 nights welcome if there are corresponding gaps in the occupancy calendar.

• Check-in: From 4 p.m. (unfortunately, exceptions are not possible due to guest changes, which almost always take place on the same day) until open end.

• Check-out: until 12 noon (exceptions are not possible for the same reason).

• Due to the steep stairs, the house is not suitable for babies, small children under 5 years of age, or people who have difficulty walking.

• Pets are not permitted, out of consideration for guests with allergies.

• Non-smoking accommodation
• Parking situation difficult all year round

The price includes:

• Bed linen
• One shower towel and one hand towel per person, one bathmat
• Toilet paper (hand stock)
• Two tea towels
• Dishwasher tablets
• One pack of Nespresso (10 capsules)
• Tea, sugar, salt and pepper
• Wi-Fi
• Cable television
• Electricity, gas, water

Method of payment

• By credit card
• 20% due immediately after booking, 80% no later than 6 weeks before departure
• 100% due immediately for arrivals within the next 6 weeks

Final cleaning

• EUR 65

The city of Hamburg also charges a tourist tax.

• Fee per person per night Tourist tax EUR 4.00

Extras

• Nespresso capsules:
  Boxes of 10 capsules are available in the holiday home. They can be purchased for €5 per box (please pay directly into the coffee fund).

Cancellation

• Up to 6 weeks before arrival: the deposit of 20% will be retained as compensation.
• Within 6 weeks before arrival: 100% of the accommodation price will be retained. I recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
