Built in 1870 and lovingly renovated down to the core in 2014, this former washhouse combines historic charm with modern comfort. Spread across two floors, 22 m² of living space offers everything two guests need for a special stay – including a fantastic view of the Elbe.Please note: The very steep staircase makes the house unsuitable for babies and children under five. The accommodation is also not barrier-free. We kindly ask for your understanding that neither smoking nor pets are permitted – the latter out of consideration for guests with allergies.

Amenities

The accommodation is modern and furnished with great attention to detail.
On the ground floor you will find the living area with a dining nook, a sofa, the bathroom, and a small fitted kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, two ceramic hobs, a fridge with freezer compartment, an oven, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
The small shower bathroom features high-quality fittings and has a window.
The very steep staircase leads up to the bedroom on the mezzanine level. The bed with a continuous mattress has a sleeping surface of 160 x 200 cm. You can store your clothes on shelves crafted by young Hamburg and Berlin designers.
The flooring is made of solid oak planks.
You can also enjoy the view of the Elbe from the bench in front of the house in a small private courtyard.
